My mother and I was involved car accident in Asheville NC , living in Savannah,Ga not knowing who to call we were totally lost . Attorney Howard Spiva’s law firm pointed us in the right direction. He called Charles Monnett and his Law Firm in Charlotte N.C .. The Laws are complicated and different from state to state , Charles Monnett and his firm are TOP NOTCH ! Kelli is excellent and so caring . They got the most money for this accident.. At first I was hesitate about Attorneys after watching so many of them in TV commercials and the crazy shower commercials and standing on their heads in commercials.. They don’t make a circus out of their firm . but I’m here to tell you this Law Firm is Working for you !! Trust them completely this is all they know !! I can’t say enough GREAT things about them !!

I feel like you cannot determine a case with nothing at all presented to you to determine if you have a case. Its a fact that my cause of medical malpractice which caused a death was medical malpractice concedering another law firm took the case. I belive this law firm frowns on older people even if you have a case and they want take it because of age. My belief is no matter the age of the person killed by a hospital, if a hospital causes death to someone regardless of age it is a life and shouldnt be over looked period just because you want a slam dunk case

There is a paralegal working at this law firm by the name of clif and he should be very much ashamed of himself because he gives very bad service and makes the entire law firm look bad he should be fired but he probably has a relative that works there i too have had horrible service like other google reviewers. I have had horrible service. My case was very simple and I had to stay on top of them every step of the way. The most recent trouble began when I made a doctors appointment to get a referral for a specialist. After paying 84 dollars for the visit they called me 2 hours later to let me know that it fell through and I wouldnt be treated by them. I wasted my money to get a referral that wasnt needed because apparently it has not been important enough for them to call me back. Not to mention, if I want to know any information about my case, I have to call and call. When I finally get a call back it is from someone new. I have been very dissatisfied with the service.

I was in the process of buying a modular home when the owner of the business told me I needed an astronomical amount of money for the closing costs I was unable to pay that so I cancelled the contract. The owner then was giving me a hard time about giving my down payment back I used this firm and they did a wonderful job at negotiating with the owner of the modular home company and I received my full down payment without having to go to court.
