Dealing with a foreclosure is a very scary thing. I was about to lose my home of 17 years to a mortgage company, that did not follow the laws. The mortgage company lied to me flat out. I tried to deal with them on my own but could not get anywhere with them. After trying to talk to both the Mortgage company and their Lawyer I finally gave up and started to research online information. I saw nothing can be done to stop a foreclosure once it has started. When I finally obtained legal council my house had actually already been sold at the court house. I thought I would never get my home back. I was making arrangements for my 3 kids and myself to start moving. The mortgage company held off answering my calls or returning my calls to be able to obtain ownership of my almost paid off home. I am telling you all this so you understand just how bad it was. My house was foreclosed and sold before Kelly Brown came into the picture. It took 3 months and a lot of years on my part, but my home is now my home again! Even though the Mortgage company had bought my house back at the foreclosure sale ( I knew nothing about and was never advertised) Kelly Brown fought and reversed everything. What a professional, fast, efficient experience! Lee Peindl consulted with me in regards to a Landlord / Tenant dispute and was very knowledgeable on the subject. He also suggested some edits to our commercial lease to protect us in the future. I could tell that he was well versed in his practice of law. The lease edits proved his expertise. Would definitely use them in the future!

Waste of money. Paid 200 for them to tell me they cant help me. I know its business but felt like they knew from the beginning they could not help me. Wont be using the service again.

I had a great experience working with Jason McGrath and ultimately got more returned to me from a shady business than I expected. They are not cheap and yes they bill for every transaction including reading your emails. However, I felt that the costs were billed correctly for the professionalism and knowledge that I received. I'd use them again if the need were to arise.

I was referred to this firm by LegalZoom for a business legal problem. After that was resolved, I used the firm for the seller side of residential property transaction. The buyer's attorney was wiling to do both sides of closing, however I opted for my own representation. Even with slightly higher fees of this firm, I saved about $1000 due to M & S successful advocacy about taxes due in the closing. The firm did fine job for me.

Jim Spielberger is hands down the BEST attorney that I have ever had. His knowledge, professionalism, critical thinking, follow up, and care for his clients have completely exceeded my expectations. As a businesswoman, I highly recommend Jim as he has helped me with complicated matters in real estate, landlord/tenant laws, as well as numerous personal legal matters. I feel so lucky to have him as my attorney and I trust him 100%.

Would not recommend. Low sense of urgency to resolve matters in a timely fashion, lack of accountability, did not show value.

Edit: This businesses response just confirms my feelings. My dissatisfaction revolves around how they notified their clients of my attorney’s departure, but that’s only a small piece of the issue. Their lack of acknowledgement affirms they either aren’t paying attention, or choose to overlook my complaints.

I was promised certain legal actions would be taken in my case, but they did not happen in a timely manner. Specifically I was told in June 2018 a motion was being filed, it was never filed. I followed up months later in August (a conversation that they of course they billed me for), again in Oct, and again in Jan. Each time getting billed for asking for status on something that should have already been done. Hence my comments - no value, no accountability, and not handled in a timely fashion.

My experiences over many years have all been positive and accurate. I fully recommend.

I would definitley recommend Jason and his team if you need help with a loan modification and avoiding foreclosure on real estate. I had purchased some land in the height of the market in 2007 but unfortunately the developer went bankrupt.
