Edit: This businesses response just confirms my feelings. My dissatisfaction revolves around how they notified their clients of my attorney’s departure, but that’s only a small piece of the issue. Their lack of acknowledgement affirms they either aren’t paying attention, or choose to overlook my complaints.
I was promised certain legal actions would be taken in my case, but they did not happen in a timely manner. Specifically I was told in June 2018 a motion was being filed, it was never filed. I followed up months later in August (a conversation that they of course they billed me for), again in Oct, and again in Jan. Each time getting billed for asking for status on something that should have already been done. Hence my comments - no value, no accountability, and not handled in a timely fashion.
The transaction was Highly Organized and the follow up documents were bound and organized. This was first class Professional Legal service exceeding my expectations. Nice to work with people that enjoy their work, care about the quality of the product and service and care about their clients.

If you find yourself needing a loan modification, do yourself a favor and talk to this former trial attorney and prosecutor before giving money to some random "loan mod" company. You'll be very happy you did. It makes so much sense to work with a state regulated attorney when getting help with your mortgage.
I highly recommend him.
