I retained Ryan for a traffic citation in April 2019 who was referred by a close relative that has been in Charlotte for about 2 years now. I am originally from MI and been in NC for about 4 months when I received the traffic ticket. I guess moving over into another lane with my turn signal was a violation. Megan at Ryan's office sent me all the information necessary and kept me informed at all times. I also received a ton of solicitations in the mail from other attorneys (interesting process here in NC). Ryan was able to get my traffic ticket dismissed and paid no other fees or costs. Megan immediately contacted me with the notice of dismissal from the court. From my experience working for lawyers in Michigan for years, Ryan is highly professional and a very good attorney, and the outcome was the best I could have received. I would have never thought of retaining an attorney for a traffic citation--especially when I was technically at fault for "failure to slow" and impacting another driver who stopped abruptly on a continuous merge lane. I received many solicitations in the week that followed the incident, but for some reason, I decided on Ryan's office. His price wasn't the lowest (I think I saw one for $75), but it wasn't the highest either. At $99 it looked too good to be true if I'm being honest. He didn't arbitrarily promise results in my favor, but I figured I would shoot him an email and see what he had to say. He called me within 15 minutes (after business hours, BTW) and couldn't have been nicer as he listened to my story and told me he was pretty sure he could get the case dismissed. For $99 it was worth it for me to have him go to court if it meant no citation, court costs and points on my license. He told me that his paralegal Megan would be in touch, and he got the process started for me after I made my $99 (retainer) payment through his website. I was in contact with Megan a few times over the next week as I got her insurance information on payments promised and made by my insurance company (for the other driver) and the week of my court appearance, she verified we had everything we needed. I got an email the afternoon after my court hearing, letting me know that my case had been dismissed with no fees or additional costs. This was the best legal experience that I have ever had, and I would recommend Ryan, Megan and his office to anyone who values professionalism and service and wants results without high legal fees and delays. My Boyfriend and I got a speeding ticket in a work zone and were worried about the consequences. We soon realized that the officer had wrote the ticket in my Boyfriend’s name as he was the owner of the car, but I was the one actually driving. I called around to a few attorneys and told them the situation and none of them wanted to go with the fact the ticket had a clergical error but wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to get my ticket reduced. I called Ryan and he was ready to work on getting it completely dismissed for the error and the price was just right. He got our court date reschedule. And we walked out with a dismissal.
