Beware Teresa Horton filed to take my Guardianship and refused me The Mother to see or talk to my Special needs.She billed my daughter 90.000 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR ONE YEAR AND DROPPED THE CHARGES WHEN I WON A APPEAL AGAINST HER.
