My father lived in an assisted living center years ago and the nursing staff neglected to administer his medication for 9 days. The state health department came into the facility and told me he had been denied his pills. He died. I called this law firm to see if there was a statute of limitations for this kind of situation. The "associate or customer service rep" that answered my phone call could not give me an answer. Really? She told me I had to answer a bunch of questions first. I told her if she could just answer my one question, then I wouldn't have to answer hers. Anyway, I ended the call because she did not know her job. If the statute was within my father's death time, then I certainly would have answered her questions. Too bad.

Worst place ever to get a lawyer.

Although the process took a little longer than expected, everyone we came in contact with at Anastopoulo Law Firm was always very courteous and helpful. They assisted us in reaching a fair settlement and kept in contact with us throughout the process.

I could have done more myself! What a rip-off. I would have gave them zero stars but one star is as low as I could go. I definitely DO NOT recommend this law firm. I only received less than a third of what the insurance paid out .The lawyers got more money than I did .Same thing happened to Barry. NEVER use them. You have a better vhance on you own. Thaks Anastopoula for stealing our money and ripping us off .A big 2 from us .

The accident was October 2018. Had to call them an ask how case was going. On a return call they said you will walk away with seven thousand dollars (what) this was a wreck where the truck was destroyed an flipped over. Although no broken bones thank God the mental anguish. Not wanting to drive. Etc. Their commercials are fake. Watch the lawyers you choose they all about them not the client.

I didn't use them but my son did and received a check within a couple of months. George Sink dropped his case...most likely because the settlementf was less than 50k. How do you think they pay for all of those annoying commercials. Definitely recommend the Anastopoulo law firm.

Did most everything that was promised except getting the settlement in your hands in a timely manner. Almost 7 weeks it took after numerous phone calls.

My experience has been horrible. I could never reach the attorney. He would never return my calls. I was called with a settlement and took it. That was April 4. It's almost two months later and no check, for some odd reason my check expired. This has been an awful experience and I would never use this law firm again. Horrible customer service.

Good service

I acquired this law firm back in May of this year. Until today I have not heard back from them about my case. Each time I call I get different information from them. Clients should be informed with the correct information and the overall process that it takes to get a case settled. Ms. Holly...Holland or what ever her name is had the nerve to get an attitude get smart and even had the nerve to yawn while I was talking to her. I am totally regretting calling them right now. I hope things get better and over with quickly.

I called this place a whole week and a half only to hear that their systems was down. They took my name and number several times but still didn’t get a callback. I’m supposed to be waiting on a check but nooone seems to be concerned enough to reach out and check at all. Poor service and I won’t use them again.

I tell you has to be the worst lawfirm Ive delt with 2nd to Joel Bieber. To this day i haven't spoke to anyone on my so called legal team and due to that or whatever goes on there my insurance company mailed a check to hospital instead of the Anastopulo law firm. So my advice try another law firm.

Was very efficient is settling my case and would recommend this firm to anyone.

I was being treated for a sciatic nerve problem at the time of my accident after accident I could not hardly walk went to my doctor and he said the wreck definitely made my condition a lot worse I told the the man that came to my house this I also told a person in the office this but nobody had their ears on my case was settled Oct 17.2017 for a small among of money. I found out today if you are being treated for a problem and have accident the other person is responsible for your medical bills after accident. My sciatic nerve problem was not part of my case for some reason,this would have my settlement for a lot more money sciatic nerve problems are extremely painful then to top this my insurance is balking at paying for my medical care saying it should have been covered in this case (may even have to repay) so I am left with small settlement with biggest problem ignored. And my medical care maybe stopped talking about getting screwed I got a double dose and the eye for an eye judge really let me down still upset that the driver got away and was never charged but I'm sure paying for this accident that I was at no fault for!

I hired this law firm after a hit and run accident I made it clear I wanted to sue the owners of SUV. I had tag number and found the owners when it was time to settle I found out I had sued my own insurance company and the owner of vehicle was never charged or had to pay anything I loved Akim on his judge show eye for an eye always said if I ever needed a lawyer it would be him and my settlement was the same my insurance offered to start so scream don't trust
