This office was chosen for us by the builder of our new home and a mistake was made in our closing costs that would have improperly charged us thousands of extra dollars. We attempted to contact the office for several days before the closing as well as several attempts from our mortgage lender. We never recieved any returned calls; just an email less than 24 hours before closing. After the process was complete, we found another error in the closing costs and attempted to contact the office. It has been nearly 3 weeks and multiple attempts later with no returned calls or written communication. The one time we were able to get the closing assistant on the phone, he was rude and short and never followed up on the issue. It is clear that clients are not a priority here. The lack of communication is unprofessional and nearly cost us the insurance coverage on our home. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Did what they were there to do.

Horrible Real Estate Attorneys, and I've known several in my 33 years in the mortgage industry. Used Builder's attorney and these guys filed the deed incorrectly for my new construction purchase. I brought it to their attention 6 months ago and they still haven't corrected the issue. This will end up costing me, since I can't file for lower property tax status, until they have it recorded correctly. They give me the run around and still nothing proceeds. I would NEVER use these guys, again, and would advise others to think before they chose them, as they're probably good on an easy deal, but when there's a problem they don't step up and correct their mistakes!!
