Pay close attention to what you are signing!! Brian will fast talk you and say you don’t have many options so your best bet is to sign. He will fail to mention that you have an outstanding balance !! They only cover providers in their network because its most beneficial to them! He will say we cover all of your expenses! I even made them aware of my bill and his assistant Lucy and Marta said not to worry they cover all the bills BUT IT IS NOT TRUE! I am stuck with an 1800 dollar bill because I trusted a lawyer in good faith. But this office takes advantage of people who are scared and do not know. They make you feel as if everything is covered when in fact it’s not! Beware! Listen or it will cost you

This has been a horrible experience. I have yet to receive any information on my case. I've been calling for over a month with no response. I finally called and demanded information last week, I called bk tosay for them to tell me that they can't take my case. Yall didn't know that 3 months ago? I have been out of work, lost my job and my home, and they never even contacted my ortho surgeon. Now I'm stuck homeless, jobless and up to the max in hospital bills

I regret dialing their number. No sense of urgency in handling matters. 3 years later i now have a debt on my credit report in collections that i am unable to remove. My case is still open. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

The staff is rude and unprofessional. Run away from this guy. If your staff has the time to call and harass people then they aren't very busy. If they are not very busy, then they don't represent many people. It is probably because they aren't very good at what they do. There is nothing worse than dealing with a molycoddle who has a magnified sense of self importance. Ignorance runs rampant here. Greenville has plenty of professional upstanding and solid attorneys to choose from to waste your time with this guy.
