Mr. Noel Turner went above and beyond his duty to help in our family court case. He spent numerous hours and weekends studying our personal case, yet always worked efficiently to keep the costs to a minimum. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more personable lawyer to work with not to mention his assistant was one of the nicest people I have ever met! Mr. Turner and his staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to the family law court system. We are very pleased with the outcome in our personal case. We will be using Mr. Turner and Mr. Turner only for any future family court issues we may have in the future!

Mr. Richard Rhodes assisted me on a complicated family law issue on behalf of my Mother. Richard was very responsive, always professional, and highly competent. He provided an invaluable service to us and I am also grateful for his compassionate and understanding manner.
At one point we received a number of legal documents late on a Friday afternoon that need to be reviewed in advance of a crucial Monday 10am meeting. Mr. Rhodes who was on vacation at the time called me that Saturday afternoon, having reviewed the documents, to discuss them.
I highly recommend Mr Rhodes and his staff based on my personal experience.

Never use Richard Rhodes as a mediator. While he is on the clock he wastes your time by talking about his kids and grandkids. He also wastes your time by reminding you over and over how much his fees are, how his hourly rate as a mediator is much less than his hourly rate as an attorney and how long you have been in mediation as if you can't tell time or multiply an hourly rate. When discussing serious matters he smiles and laughs when he talks. While this may be just a bad habit he has, it is extremely disrespectful and just plain rude. He obviously does not like to be a mediator and needs to stick to being an attorney.
I just read your response to my review. I suggest you video yourself when you are talking to people about serious matters and view it later. You smiled and laughed while you were talking to me at inappropriate times and when I tried to respond with my thoughts and what I wanted you spoke over me with the same smiling and laughter. When you responded to anything I said I got the same smiling and laughter while you spoke. That's a fact. I have been intimidated, bullied and abused by men including the other party involved. Yes I resolved the matter but it was under duress that you caused. I felt that you were equally as abusive and disrespectful as if I were face to face with him and not a third party that was trying to reach a resolution beneficial for all. You seem to have a disrespect for a woman's voice because you rudely interrupted me many times before I was finished talking. I would be curious to see if you treat men that way as well. Bottom line is, you didn't want to be there, you had no interest in helping me, you wanted to end it as soon as possible, collect your fees and go home before 5:00. I completely understood the fees, all fees involved, the process and what I faced if i didn't resolve it at your office. I knew exactly what the bill would be had I stayed until or after 5:00. You don't need to repeat yourself several times an hour like you are speaking to a child. If you feel your clients are that ignorant you need to have it all printed on a piece of paper and make them keep it in front of them with a timer for the duration of the mediation.

I have used Noel Turner in two different cases and he fought hard for me and my family both times. He’s excellent at what he does and I’d recommend him to anyone. Thanks Noel.

Not the place to go with a complicated case. We were disappointed due to a lack of communication and follow through. If you have kids, do not go here. Their best interest isn’t considered. They want to wrap up your case regardless of the repercussions.

I never had to retain or use an attorney until my then 6 year old son told my mother during a visit that "mommy and me are moving back to South America and not to tell daddy because it's a secret". To say we were operating in panic mode would be an understatement. We immediately began searching for an attorney, and fortunately came across Bill Rhodes. He understood the urgency of our situation and began moving immediately. He contacted the state department and even got an FBI agent involved to discourage my ex-wife from any kind of relocation. The issue of children being abducted and relocated to another country is indeed complex, and Bill did some research which he did not charge me for. My ex-wife is one of the most unpleasant individuals I have ever dealt with, and this situation did not endear me to her - fortunately, Bill was able to wrangle an agreement out of this mess without having to go to trial. Bills' minor in psychology was a great help and he was able to establish guidelines that were acceptable to both of us. In short, everything was handled in a precise and professional manner and he kept me informed every step of the way. Bill and I are still friends to this day, and if I ever have a need for an attorney, he is the only one I will ever call upon. The absolute best!!! Kenneth T. Blackburn RT(R)(MR)

William Rhodes Esquire is exceptional in his service. I had a legal issue which was very complex. He took the case and was very honest and forthcoming with what needed to be done. With the information I had he was sure I would prevail. The process just had to go through the steps for completion. I did win my case (thanks to Mr. Rhodes help). I'll use him again if I need any legal advice.
