Lawyer did not want to help on a workers comp case, just wanted to settle for the fast money. Basically had to go off on him to remind him who the client was. He asked no questions of our family or friends about my husbands condition. When it started. My husband reported to 2 peoole at his company and they didnt care, didnt talk with them or anything. Get a different lawyer who isn't buddy buddy with the other lawyer. I wanted to fire them but my husband was so depressed from the whole situation he let them basic do whatever they wanted and my husband stopped fighting. My husband can barely walk, write and is in constant pain and he got a small settlement and a $70000 dr bill. Go elsewhere.

****Updated*****After writing many negative reviews on different platforms I was contacted by one of the owners and they agreed to take care of the medical bill. They even researched deeper and found another bill hadn't been paid and they took care of that. Thank you very much for stepping in and getting this taken care of. After I received paperwork stating that they had taken care of this, I received a call from the manger of the Greenville branch I worked with asking me when I was going to take down my bad reviews. This threw me off a bit Im not going to lie. Just thankful that I had a little bit of power on the internet making a company do the right thing. I checked my credit this morning and the negative factors have finally been removed. Thank you ****UPDATED****Even though they did help me win my case they did not pay all of my medical bills. I was actually placed into collections and my credit score was impacted greatly in a negative way. I asked them to take care of it since it was their fault not paying it and my request was refused. Now I am stuck with having to pay it myself to clear up my credit. Very unprofessional if you ask me. All the money they made off of my case and they couldn't spare $400.00 to take care of a mess up they made.

I have really had a rough start to 2018, but thanks to Micheal and Sherri at Harris and Graves, it wasn't stressful. Sherri always had that voice of peace for me when I called and as always Micheal worked til he got me what I need to sustain me and my family.

Harris and graves were supposed to be working on my workers compensation case but I could hardly ever get in touch with them it took calling 4 and 5 times a day emailing and leaving voicemails and still hardly got to talk to them and when I did they didn’t have any answers for me. It took 3 months to get my weekly pay fixed so for 3 months i was getting the wrong pay after having my newborn early after the incident!!! They highly discouraged that I get a second opinion on my injury and when released from my case they are refusing to send me my paperwork to get a new lawyer to actually help me. I’m very disappointed if I could leave no stars I would.

Harris and Graves did a wonderful job for us! It was our first serious accident, we tried to deal with the insurance company on our own, but it was a daily hassle. I was hurt and the accident was not our fault in any way. Harris and Graves sent me to a doctor who walked me through a treatment plan and got be back up playing with my 8 year old. They helped with getting our check to replace our vehicle and did a great job negotiating my personal injury case. They are very professional and caring.
