I was opposing criminal defense counsel to Mr. Oliver when he acted as the Solicitor for Habersham County. He was candid, knowledgeable, and fair to my client and addressed the issues with professionalism and integrity. I know a lot of folks will think that this sort of conduct is typical of prosecutors but, sadly, it's not.
