A rude man. I asked a question very politely because I am the sole custody parent of my kids due to a complicated 17 years of abuse from their father... all I wanted was to know if their dad could at least help take care of their insurance since they lose it at 18 on Medicaid but they plan to go to school. I worded it so politely and told him I am a mom just trying to decide what's best for her best. We all know parenting doesn't end at 18. At least, not to those of us who know our children are our greatest and most fragile asset - and especially fragile during the emotions of divorce. I was met with very misplaced, blatant rudeness in a disrespectful tone, to my question right in front of my 13 year old daughter.

I take offense to the Jesus signs in his office... not because I am not a Christian. In fact, I am a minister... but our God has a right to better representation. Pun intended. His fancy office and car may be pricey but, oh, the value of character cannot be purchased. They don't call it the golden rule for nothing. It's golden because it is worth something. Do unto others.

However, I WILL note that his assistant is amazing and very kind. When she gets her own practice... do yourself a favor... and give her your business. You will get a heart behind your case and what is best for your children no matter what side of the table you sit on.

Won my case good guy

I had reviewed before on google and rating is gone as I believe he changed profile or moved location. Horrible and could not even handle a quit claim case while I was in a mediation. He will prepare for your case the morning of and cheap gets no win so go to someone else and spend a dime more for a win and someone who prepares and is on it vs taking too many cases. In addition and usually customary is for a client to get mailed correspondence through legal filings and lawyer to lawyer correspondence. They did not do this so you will never know how your case is going if this practice continues. Don’t let his office of Ga Bulldog Nostalgia fool ya as the past articles are of the 80’s when he was perhaps in his prime. Retire bud, the 80s are gone.

Very professional. I would feel comfortable with him handling a million dollar case. If you want a steak don't go to McDonalds go toTexas roadhouse or another steakhouse. Same with a lawyer pick the one that is going to handle the case effectively and efficiently. Troy R. Millikan is going to get the job done.

Great in the beginning, thinking it would only take less than a year to divorce my ex husband... took 3 years to get divorced. I will be going to a different lawyer to have my divorce decree looked at. It was not what I wanted. They sided with my ex husband, when they were supposed to be my lawyers.

He has handled a past case for me and three currently. Impeccable integrity, competency and Christian values. Great assistant too.I have recommended him to others that were happy too.

Very dishonest conman schemer handle my case very poorly should have got a public defender call him about my case he had to call me back couldn't even give me details on my case haven't even started working on it very disappointing sick about to call the Bar Association don't use this man he will throw you under the bus!!!!!!!!
