Horrible service!!!

Mr. Perry guided me through a messy divorce and custody battle. He has a down to earth approach that cut through the legal red tape. He was honest and to the point. Mr Perry was very thorough about keeping me up to speed on the logistics of my case. He was upfront with all costs and was very efficient with all documentation. I would consider Mr Perry a valuable asset in a court of law. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge of law. I would highly recommend him .

Can not even describe how awful this attorney was. He fell asleep at my divorce hearing. Would not answer phone calls or emails. He is exactly why attorneys have a bad name!!! Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

We used Dale Perry as our attorney for a custody case. Mr. Perry is very professional with a "no nonsense" approach. We used a different attorney in a previous custody case who nickel and dimed us for every cent she could get and thrived on the drama and unimportant details. My case started as a simple divorce with custody. She decided to play dirty and regretted it. When we got to court, Dale made her look horrible. My retirement was saved, I kept the house, got 50%/50% custody, and the settlement she got was fair.

Paid him $5000 to represent me in a case against my father-in-law to get my dead husband belongings and sue him for money that is rightfully owed back to me. We went to court and I was awarded my husbands truck. Case was postponed by judge. Haven't heard anymore from Dale Perry and he will not return any of my calls or texts. Very dissatisfied.

10 month ago I gave this attorney $1,ooo. to handle my Mom's Estate and in those 10 months He's never called, he will not return calls or email. Now, I've got to take him to court and File Ethic Charges against him, Mr. Perry has added insult into a very cruel act. This attorney is not Honest and has NO conscience.
