I recently had a speeding ticket and reached out to a lot of law firm in my county, before hitting upon Weaver Law firm. I am extremely satisfied with Michael Weaver's (the son) services. I was put into an uncomfortable situation where I believed I did nothing wrong. Michael trusted me from the start before the audio and video came out. Once Michael heard/saw the audio and video, he was excited to question the police officer on the witness stand. Michael did an excellent job of questioning the police officer while not pushing too hard. Michael leveraged his years of experience from working in the Hall County prosecutor's office to know exactly what was going to happen before it actually happened. We were very respectful through the whole ordeal from arrest to acquittal and the jury rewarded us for that. The wheels of justice spin slowly (in my particular case); however, Michael was there every step of the process to guide me along and recommend the correct course of action.

Last year in September I was involved in a wreck. The other vehicle ran a red light and we collided. Both vehicles were completely mangled. My injuries were pretty serious and again being my very first accident I had no idea what to do. The hospital bills stacked up pretty quick after they treated me from the accident. I would call it destiny or fate or whatever it could have been I decided to go and consult with A lawyer at the Weaver Law Firm. No appointment pretty much a walk in and right away the customer service was amazing from the receptionist, I was in the lobby for a maximum of 10 minutes and then Mr. Weaver himself came out to the lobby to greet me. We went into his office to go over my possible options on my personal injury case. I admire and respect the fact how honest and upfront he was with me. Soon after our initial consultation Mr. Weaver’s paralegal Sierra worked closely with me in getting all the facts and details about my accident so she could start the process. Sierra would constantly stay in touch with me to see how my recovery was going and how was I feeling, she would also give me any updates and progress about my case. I really appreciated that mostly because it gave me piece of mind and it showed they really cared. With the hard work of Sierra and Mr. Weaver they finally got my case settled in what I believe record time. The settlement we agreed upon was in my personal opinion exceptional!!!
