Of course nothing will be done. They are a debt collector and clearly do not know ones situation. Do not talk to Melanie. She is unprofessional and does not know what she is doing. I hope u learn people skills and phone skills. Also when calling someone you should let people know u are and not just a name. Its unprofessional and rude. The attorneys need to get a grip on there staff. I will write a letter to state legislators on how you operate your office.

Called and left multiple messages and never received a call back. After calling and finally getting a hold of Robin, I asked to speak with a supervisor. Stayed on hold 20 minutes to be told I would receive a call from her that day. Never received that call.
