Me and my Agent had to deal with this guy Gregg Treadway and his client who was going to purchase my home and a few days before closing they said they cannot close my house and had to back out the deal because i had a issue with my tittle and that there tittle company couldn't fix that issue (Note: tittle company was his company or he had somekinda share and he told us his client and we should use his firm to close the tittle and they had 2 month to close) So i was very upset because i lost so much time dealing with this people and thought could not sell the house so it was off market after that incident for over 2 month and then i finally decided to search the tittle myself "because when my agent asked them what was wrong with my tittle they wouldn't say anything" so i went to Stewart Tittle and they did search and said word to word "I see no problem with your title. We can handle the closing and issue title if necessary'' So because of this people i have lost many month of payment and bunch of other issues Be Carful with this agent and his tittle company.
