I noticed mr o'hagan didn't have a review yet so I figured I would let everyone know why I would use him for your family court needs since 2015 I have used him in my fight for visitation and 2 custody battles in marion county tn I live by Chicago so having someone in the area that can handle litigation is a must and every time we went to court he performed with distinction and integrity he didn't indulge in foul practices or try any shady strategies it was always honest bare knuckle best man wins after several attempts I a father of 2 boys in the area received primary guardian ship of my children. The process was clean and little to no impact on my children and I have mr o'hagan to thank for that and will continue to use his practice to defend my children from here on out. HE IS VERY WORD SAVY and professional takes pride in what he sends to the court and communicates well. His service record was also a factor in using him as me and my family try to use veterans for all our business needs. Me. Ohagan Nevers returns phone calls. Not dependable. He does not answer his phone. Will not stand up for his clients.

He never returns my calls. There is no Secretary to answer the phone....
