I recently hired Mr Emerson Jr. to represent me in a car accident case. I was having problems getting state farm to even pay me for my car that their customer totaled and I think Mr Emerson made a couple of phone calls and within 24 hours they amazingly were ready to pay up. He didn't make me feel like I should have false hopes of getting rich but he said that he will make things right. I was impressed with the time he spent and essentially convinced state farm to pay me for my car and didn't even charge me for getting the ball rolling. I know from research that he is a very respected trial lawyer here in huntsville Alabama and he has been around for a long time. I feel better having him in my corner.
