The previous review left by Phillip Horne is a SPAM review and that user DOESN'T exist. I used Jacob Title Company back in 2016 to close on my home and the process couldn't have went any smother. The staff were great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to close on a home.

Horrible experience stay away from this business! The attorney Stan Mcdonald is never in the office never even saw or heard from him one time and the people handling my closing did not even know how to explain anything I was signing could not answer any of my questions it scared me so bad that I cancelled my purchase and chose to go a different route. This is a fair warning! Stay away from Jacob title!
