Laura Jacob's humiliated a good friend of mine in her office by sharing her private and confidential personal information with other clients that were in her office. My friend has had to change her name multiple times due to an abusive relationship. Ms. Jacobs, along with her receptionist and a group of her clients were overheard listing her previous names and making jokes about how many names she has had. I sincerely hope that Ms. Jacob's never has to go thru the type of abuse that my friend has and then be made fun of for it by her own attorney. Shame on you Ms. Jacobs.

This attorney is VERY unprofessional, they shared my personal information in front of other clients and when I walked by the clients, lawyer, and paralegal were all laughing about my name changing from my married name back to my maiden name to my new married name. I got very upset and just wanted to get out of there.

Very appreciate of the time and knowledge for various questions as it pertains to the neighborhood HOA.
