Mr. Brinkley is the estate attorney for my Dad's estate, representing Kathey Hill Hamer. Kathey Hill Hamer has been estranged from the family for years, she made herself my Dad's representative after not even answering the phone for him for 3 years. She has repeatedly told people to contact me because I could do anything with the estate that she could., that Mr. Brinkley was the estate attorney and represented all 3 of us girls. When I called Allen Brinkley to speak with him about this he was rude and raise his voice and cussed badly to me. I don't know why anyone would ever use someone like him for an attorney. He may have been having a bad day but that is no excuse for such tone and cussing!!!!!

The estate is still open and if he contacts me and speaks to me like that again I will file a complaint with the firm board or whomever.
