I can’t say enough about Lee Hawker and everyone else at WK. My boys and I were in a freak accident on I-65. We had a tire come through our wind shield. One son went by ambulance to Children’s and my other son was air lifted to Children's. Myself and my youngest son sustained no injuries. This would be an Uninsured Motorist coverage claim. Alfa took their sweet time to get back with us and when they had their offer it was laughable. So I decided to call WK and so thankful we did. My boys will have a their college paid for due to the amount they received. Mr.Hawker worked on this for a year and we couldn’t be happier. My two boys that were injured had bills totaling 100k. They were both in the hospital for 24hrs and they walked away with minimal injuries but scars that will always be there. From the bottom of our hearts we are so thankful we called WK.

Wettermark Keith did not fight on my behalf! They settled for the least amount possible, I had previously had my boyfriend use Alexander shunnarah with excellent results! He got him 5000 dollars with information along the way. Wettermark was going against geico, while Alexander shunnarah was fighting against USAA! Wettermark did a poor job in representing me in all aspects

We had the same accident and she got 5000 dollars I got 1000. Alexander was fighting against USAA and got that much. Wettermark was fighting against Geico only got 1000. Feb-19-2019 I called them, and spoke to someone for 10-15 minutes about the details of my case. I was told there was nothing they could do, and no advice I could be given by them as far as who I could contact to move forward with my type of case. After asking "shouldn't you be able to give me some kind of advice as an attorney"? I was informed that I was speaking with a non attorney desk clerk and of some type.. still trying to figure out how that qualifies her to answer legal questions. She told me "well, they found the drugs on you, I don't see what else matters" as if the civil Rights case I came to them with didn't matter because it would require them to defend the civil rights of a guy who used drugs. Police entities are required to follow due process, and can't make unlawful searches and arrests using evidence that was illegally obtained. A quick glance at the US Constitution and a Google search told me that. If you have a slam dunk, obvious case any idiot could litigate, move forward with Wettermark Keith. If your case required any real footwork or abstract thought please take it to a place that atleast is going to have a real lawyer be the one to tell you he just doesn't feel like it. Would give zero stars If possible.

This company that is like days of past. They have compassion and work hard for you. I know. I used them and will use them again if needed. I have recommended them to several ppl as well as to my family. Love you guys and thanks so much.

The intake specialist asked me all type of crazy derogatory questions. Getting information knowing all along she would say No. I felt very uncomfortable and attacked by the questions that were asked, very personal and I have never experienced or been asked have i ever been arrested for drug or alcohol use??? What type of crazy derogatory question is that to ask a victim? The commercial is garbage and I would NOT recommend anyone to this unprofessional legal joke. I am still concerned about my personal information. If I could do it again I would NOT answer any of their crazy derogatory questions that had NOTHING to do with the reason I called. Awful. I hated it.

I was very happy with how my case was handled. My lawyer Lee & his assistant Mary were always right on top of things. They got back to me right away & explained anything I was confused about.Most important to me was that I really felt like they cared about me as a person. I would highly recommend them.

Judging from the "Settlement Demand" they sent my son they are not very impressive. Spelled his name wrong, listed the wrong county of the incident and listed things that were made up and do not appear in any report. Seem to be the typical "we'll send a letter to settle and take our money while applying very little effort". I would expect a law office to pay attention to detail.

As I said in my original post "Settlement Demand" they sent my son, so no they would not know my name nor would they be representing us if they SENT us a settlement demand. Attention to detail, thank you for proving my point.

Do not use this firm... They are dishonest. I was severely injured almost 2 years ago I had surgery and I'm permanent injured and will never walk without a limp. My quality of life is not the same. This firm accepted my case and sent me a letter thanking me for choosing their firm. I filled out all the paperwork and sent pictures and signed agreement about the fees and corresponded through e mails and calls with Jeff Moran. Without letting me know that Jeff Moran was no longer employed with them I sent a email requesting to settle my case and I was told Jeff Moran was no longer there and my case was never accepted. They had my case for almost 2 years and now I'm stuck without an attorney. I have been trying to contact my attorney was given but no one will return my calls after several messages. The attorney that accepted my case was John H McEhey.... VERY BAD BUSINESS AND LEGAL SERVICES.
