Absolute WORST closing I have ever had in my 20+ years as an agent. Everyone passes the buck, they have POOR communication skills, and if you have the audacity to try to follow up, they punish you by "delaying" your funds. If I ever get another offer from the selling agent who INSISTED we use this firm, I will vehemently suggest to my clients to politely decline. I work my tail off at my job. I earn every penny I make. It is beyond absurd that we are approaching the 5th day post closing, and my check still is not in my hand! IF I ever do actually receive my check, I SOLEMNLY PROMISE to NEVER make any contact with this office again
