Ms. Milek resigned from my case! It was for the best! She took forever to respond to my concerns.i paid her the retainer, however we only had 1 court date the whole year and a half I had her as an attorney! This court date was only a change of GAL! She told me we had used up all of the “hours” I had paid for through via text and calls. Proceeded to make me send her another payment to per-sue contempt and was notified and never did her part! I’ve messaged ms Milek regarding the money and money for the left over hours and no response! Ms. Malik time and time again criticized and told me personal oppinions of myself she had formed about me ! She never fought for me nor my child ! Horrible experience! Don’t waste your money! Ms Milek was very reassuring when I first hired her!
