I was very dissatisfied with Lori Shaw. She was not professional at all. The only contact I received from this attorney was the day she received my $$$ when I filed for my divorce. She rushed me that day because she had to leave to pick up her child. Lori didnt contact me to update me about my case. Every time I called the lawyer's office she was always in court or busy. I had to hire someone else on my case to get my papers signed, notarized and served. I really wanted to support my hometown but never again. I really appreciated Sasha she was very professional and understanding . It took 6 months for me to get divorced only because she doesn't care about her client's. I understand that she has other clients but the service I received was horrible and dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend Lori Shaw to work on anyone case. I must say Lisa helped with some of the questions ☹

Mrs. Amanda Smith and her husband Mr. Kent Smith are absoultly caring people. Their not out to get your money, like some other Law firms are, they truly put their heart and hard work dedication, into what ever you may have going on. I promise you, you can not, i will say that again CAN NOT go wrong choosing this Law firm. I love these people and consider them as family.

Complete waste of time and money. Paid a LOT of money and never laid eyes on the actual attorney. The assistant however was the only one we ever saw when we saw anyone at all. She acted like she is completely intimidated to speak up around the District Attorney. Attorneys are paid to fight for you. That’s hardly what happened in my experience. I feel like they pretty much just stood back and let it play out how the Da wanted it to. There was no fight. I wouldn’t recommend letting them represent my pet. Just my opinion. Two years and maybe saw her 4 times. I think we spent enough to have at least paid for a meeting with the man we hired. Wishful thinking. Unprofessional. Lesson learned here.

This is a direct quote from an email that was sent by an employee at this law firm, Janet Pruitt. According to Ms. Pruitt, all of their clients sit around waiting for money to be handed to them. Quite and unprofessional statement and unfair assumption. What a regret it is that this law firm was chosen to handle our case. I would also like to add, this comment was made in response to us questioning why we have seen no progress when the papers were signed and settlement was accepted 5 weeks ago. A very rude response for what I would say is a fair question after having no contact or progress in 5 weeks.
