Please do not waste your time with Mrs. Schumpert. I went in to ask for her help about my case. I saw the great reviews about how she cares for her clients. However, she treated me and my wife with disgust and disprect. I get it that she has the education, but she should not treat anyone rude like that. My wife has been very sad with the messy situation with our landlord but her rude words add more to it.

I had an appointment at 10AM,( I was there on time. Walked in the office(a lady jumped up from behind the desk, as if I was about to "Set It OFF". I'm assuming it was Holly) she was with another client. Didn't speak, or introduce who she was. She put me in this "interrogation room" where there was no ventilation and closed the door. Oh, she did mention that she would give me some paper to fill out , but that never happen. Bear in mind, that I was dressed in business attire. What kind of business are you running? When I called you asked, " what time do you want to come in" and asked for my phone so that I can be reach. Once (you) Holly scheduled the appointment you would think that you(Holly) would remember the appointment. So you guessed it, I left very upset. And no I didn't receive a phone call about why I left, or to confirm the appointment. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE!!! SHE SUCKS!!!
