Mr Hayes showed me welcoming and open arms. He took care of me from day one. He got what I didn't even think was possible in my agreement. So with him bending over backwards and being for me as a person and not as some other client he really showed me the care and what I needed as someone who needed representation. My friend who ran away from an abusive home to remake her life was falsely charged with grand larceny by her family who issued a warrant so she could be forcefully brought back to the area. When the warrant was served in another state I immediately called Hayes Law Firm. Of the many law firms I called that day, they were the ones to respond and give me advice on how to proceed. They provided so much advice and helped so much in the beginning when we were all confused.

After hiring them to represent my friend - the charges for extradition (warrant served) were dropped! My friend was released on bond in a different state and the Hayes Law Firm worked tirelessly to get the warrant dismissed in Olive Branch. They made a miracle happen went above and beyond to help my friend beat the charges and gain her freedom.

BUT WAIT - the story is not over. My friend after she began rebuilding her life again was baited by her family into returning home when she arrived her family again charged her with a false report of both grand larceny and armed robbery. My sweet friend with no criminal record was forced to stay in jail for a month, evidence was deleted off her phone and a lot of weird things happened through police department that I will not get into here.

THE Hayes law firm took on the case again and worked around the clock to get the charges dropped! IN FACE of all the corruption surrounding my friends case and the many obstructions related to her case -they represented her in Olive Branch against the false charges and not only were the charges dropped she was released from jail!

The entire team at Hayes law firm are honest to GOD amazing human beings who have gone above and beyond what was required and I THANK them from the bottom of my heart for all that they have done. I wish I could write in more detail about how much they've done and more about the case but I need to protect my friend and her identity. My experience with this law firm was a tatol ripoff. They are racist and very rude, I got recorded phone calls and emails. First their secretary lie about calls she never made too me also at the same time rudely interrupts me as I respond to her. The attorney Robbie is a real joke, he never look up my case and the whole time he just ask for his money. It was two simple traffic ticket. Robbie charge me $1500 total but accept my payments of $700 down and I can pay the rest with time to come. Well I moved and lost all information to send them their money also lost my phone so I didn't have their law firm number. So come two days before for court ( let me state I'm in Minnesota and their in Mississippi) their secretary / receptionist called me rudely telling me ( am I gonna be to court) and that's when it went down hill. They held over my head basically threatening me that they was gonna drop my case because I haven't paid their money. I explain over and over to them what had happened in the few months but remind you their receptionist was rudely interrupting me as I stated before, then she hung up. Carry on,, then I talk to Robbie promising him his money would be sent next week inwitch it was I got receipts on that. At the same time he ask me to do something for the case inwitch I felt like it wasn't helping the case out just made it look more to I was guilty of something I wasn't guilty of. He never know I bail out ( as my opinion he never look up the case) I mean am I right? As a paid attorney. Shouldn't they look up the case and find out the charges date of arrest and release and if or not bail or bond etc? He didn't do none of that just called for a court date. But to the bottom line this law firm isn't the best at all. I wouldn't recommend no one to used them. And yes Robbie ran off with my money stated I didn't wanna take his first and only offer for my case. Reminding that I felt one of the charge I wasn't guilty of.
