From my personal experience, GREAT INCOMPETENCE AND CROOKS. DIDN'T PROVIDE ME WITH THE SERVICES THEY PROFESS TO, AND WHEN I FIRED THEM, PUT A LIEN ON MY CLAIM. WHICH THEY WERE PAID FOR DOING NOTHING BASICALLY.

I would be we recommend this company for anyone! They are very rude. I had to tell the people that work here that to get respect you have to give It. If I would have known that I could have fired this company and got a different one, I would have. The women that work here are very inconsiderate! Mr. T.R. Banks has lied to me about a number of things. It was a very bad experience for it to be my only WC case ever.

I am pleased with T.R. Banks. Oklahoma WC laws are horrible! They protect the insurance companies and not the injured worker. I was always treated with kindness and respect, (ike a person, not just a number). T.R. fought for me and my issues. I worked mostly with his staff till the end, but never felt as though I wasn’t heard. I would definitely recommend T.R. (Austin and Banks Lawfirm) to anyone fighting a workers comp case.

This was a horrible experience with an attorney... T. R. Banks was never available and the woman who runs his office is very unprofessional she gave me 3 different times that I would have my money and I still haven't received it and the lady who answers the phone Robin actually hung up in my face as if she was to busy to answer my questions that would have takin maybe a minute... I used T.R. Banks for another case in ,2009 when he was in office with Brandon Burton and my experience was completely different. If I would have known things changed I would have definitely used another attorney. One that takes his oath seriously
