I did community service and turned my paperwork in .And a girl I used to date works there and she told me the da office threw them in the trash .this place is a scam and needs to be reported.

The Garvin County court system and our current DA is a joke. In March of 2017 my father fired shots into my house that contained myself,my two children and two of my friends. When I went out He continued firing at me. How I never got hit is beyond me. Once I got to him a physical altercation ensued. At one point he had the best of me. At that point he pointed the rifle at my head and pulled the trigger. Luckily he was out of bullets. That didn't stop him though. He ran in his house and got another gun. He started firing again including at my children. He had drugs in his home. All he was charged with was firing into a dwelling and possession of a firearm after former conviction. He received 5YRS for the gun charges. For shooting up my house,assault on me,shooting at me and my children.....PROBATION. I guess trying to kill 5 people isn't that big a deal.
