Wont admit their mistakes and blame others for their actions and errors for their incompetence and sticking their nose in other peoples business. They called 6 days after an emergency room visit seeking payment for the emergency room bill that I had not reveived from the local hospital at the time of their phone call. The message left on my phone was an attempt to pirate my personal and financial information and to me seemed like an attempt to steal my identity and very harassing in nature. Also they would not listen to what I'm doing to pay the bill and the procedures to follow with IHS. They also admitted to not knoing the procedures I was following. IMHO, this TGA Solutions and their employees are a poor excuse for breathing what's left of the clean air and drinking what's left of the clean water.
