Negligence or Negligence Misrepresentation, Deceptive Trade Practices:

Tim Lance and nearby Court operates as a business and exhibits numerous conflicts of interest, rather in the interest of justice. They are under federal investigation for suspected extortion and exploition of Oklahoma citizens and foreign visitors through frivolous fines, unlawful arrests, and other Civil Rights violations for profit. Know Your Rights; Take Them Down!

Be careful granting Crooked Tim Lance power of attorney. Tim Lance condones legal manipulation and legal fraud via your state of threat, duress, or arrest. In commercial law, it it referred to deceptive trade practices. If you are not verifying and objecting his work or any other attorney at law in this County, you have acquiescence to the outcome. Initially, I paid Crooked Tim Lance a flat fee of $750.00 to represent me in an out of state alleged matter about 12 days before court date. Turns out this County, State, and its de facto courts did not have jurisdiction to address the fictitious allegations, especially with several related conflicts of interests. However, Crooked Tim Lance pursued and did not establish an attorney/client relationship with me.

Crooked Tim Lance refused my requests for validation after multiple attempts to reach him through email and phone. He never personally responded and allows the communication to routes to his staff of answering service (gatekeepers) who provided me with false promises. Moving forward, the day in court arrived, and just 15 minutes prior to me making my appearance, Crooked Tim Lance calls me. He sound fictitiously enthusiastic and pretends as if nothing is abnormal about his actions. Remember: private attorneys are officer of the courts, whose obligations and interest are to the courts, not to the client per Black’s Law Dictionary and Cornell Law Institute. Next, I arrived to the Court and realized Crook Tim Lance has not initiated the work I would have expected someone having power of attorney, such as an affidavit and a discovery. Instead Crooked Tim Lance presented an “Incident Report” as fact and evidence. I suggested he file a motion of continuance in good faith because additional time was a necessity for me to readily be properly informed of the facts and evidence. When I hired him I heeded to Crook Tim Lance to have the case dismissed with prejudice because there was no crime committed, victim, or injured party.

Unsurprisingly, crooked Tim Lance lied to me and insisted on me entering plea bargain for something that did not occur, and to which the burden of proof lies upon the DA/State bringing the suit. Crooked Tim Lance began to noticeably get nervous as I began to quote the law. Crook Tim Lance opened up about a possible win if I were to pay him $5,000.00 to file motions and counter sue in court. He prepared a terrible plea bargain with a $300.00 fine and an approximate $370.00 court cost, one year probation and the possibility of it being expunged. A public defender “Pretender” or I, personally, could have prepared a better plea. Crooked Tim Lance said “it’s money thing, the court wanted money”. With no formal criminal history or experience but college studies, I reluctantly and unknowingly accepted the fraudulent transaction about to take place.

Afterwards, I deeply inquired about the case and Crook Tim Lance opened up about the fraudulent plea deal and how I was initially and wrongfully charged. Furthermore Crook Tim Lance DID NOT notify me about the consequences of the plea deal, such a potential driver’s license suspension, or another $500.00 for an expungement. I later learned Crook Tim Lance went to school the judge and knew the prosecutor, raising more conflict of interest. I have already notified the State Bar about Crook Tim Lance constitutional infringement, conspiracy, ineffective counsel, and inadvertence. Moreover, I withdrew my plea. Fraud as no statute of limitations. Anything previously considered within such a contract is null and void.

To the best of my knowledge, I affirm these statements are true.
