My sisters attorney and I attended court and appointments with her and I not once ever felt like he cared or that he was working in her benefit. He would cut her off and not let her ask questions. I would not recommend him if you want someone that will listen to you.

Was not friendly.

I asked over and over if summer visitation was part of the custody agreement before it was signed. He told me it was. It wasn't until the day summer visitation was to start that he had his secertary call me back and say no it's a separate issue and not included. The conversation continued to state he couldn't help with any future issues on the matter and gave me a list of other lawyers. Now my daughter won't get to see her brother or grandparents for who knows how long. Dont trust him and definitely don't pay for him.

Mr roose was assigned to me at a dhs custody hearing for my son. Our first meeting he told me to kick my boyfriend to the curb. Then he told me to "shut the hell up". Which he did on many more occasions including in court. In court he told me to not speak and would not even put me on the stand. In the 2 yrs he worked for me he saw me in his office twice and put me in tears both times. I didnt even know he wasnt my lawyer anymore until I went back to court and met my new lawyer. Excuses were made on his behalf. The man has no compassion for people and has the personality of a wet rag. He spends more time talking about himself then my case. In 2 years outside of court I hadn't seen him in over a year. He is said to be working for the DA but if he ever returns to defending clients beware of him. He is hurtful mean and self centered. He has delusions of his own grandeur. Stear clear of this man is you have have a brain, are compassionate and have a heart and soul.

High on himself of his abilities, spoke borishly. Money is very important here, as it should be I understand when one has worked hard for a career, I understand that. It's all In how you present it and and yourself. The time allotted that I was told I would have was not the time i was given. Of the 14 minutes in his office I probably spoke total of 3 minutes-and not all at once. If you want some one whom you feel cares about YOU- go elsewhere. We have a city full of attorneys. That means I have choice. Thank God!
