Unorganized unprepared

Steve, Chase, and the rest of the staff have handled every issue we've taken to them in a professional manner, and have achieved outcomes that benefit us in every case they've dealt with. If I could do negative stars I would! Chase was absolutely terrible. I used him for my child custody case. Definitely overpriced for the “work” that’s put out. He was not prepared the day of trial and was still printing stuff off the morning of when I walked in his office. I talked too much trying to defend my case in the courtroom which was obviously something I shouldn’t have done, but he didn’t even try to help defend me or help me out of my rut. I found out from him that he was friends with the plaintiffs best friend and that they had communications regarding the case. Bottom line, my exes attorney came with guns loaded ready to go and Chase was not prepared what so ever. Issues that were supposed to be brought to attention in the court room were never brought up, and I wish I’d have done better research on him before jumping in full fledge. He said email was the best way to get ahold of him. It would take weeks to ever hear back from him and I have tried getting ahold of him since October of 2018 and it’s now April 2019. I continue to pay him monthly for work he obviously did not do. I’d recommend anyone but him.

Stands firm on what's right.

I wouldn't even rate him 1 star, but I had to in order to write a review. He is a horrible person. He talks to women like they are trash and is beyond disrespectful. I've never seen anything like him. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. not a good person.

Great Attorney!! I have used him on several occasions and he always come threw. He knows what he's doing and if you follow his advice you will come out on top!!!

Charged me a $1500 retainer fee, never returned any phone calls or emails, did no work on the case, then withdrew from the case because of "communication issues". Then took my entire $1500 and said according to "his time records" he used it all. Now I'm in the same exact position I was in before I hired him, just $1500 poorer. Do not waste your time or money on this scandal.

Extremely unreliable, took our money and dropped the case three weeks before trial. Did nothing for us. Go elsewhere!!!
