Absolutely do NOT use Mr. Hale as a family law attorney. In 2009 I hired Mr. Hale for a divorce and custody case. Mr. Hale took my money and didn’t represent my interest. He doesn’t listen, he’s rude, he goes in and he just agrees with the opposite side and makes you settle. I would’ve been better off representing myself. Several years later a good a real lawyer and was able to get what I wanted. Mr. Hale wouldn’t even fight for me to get standard custody. I had no criminal record and was in nursing school.

Mr. Hale is an Amarillo treasure, and he has compassion for others. He is a true advocate for clients and always has been. He also tells a great story!

Worst attorney in Amarillo, TX, do not waste a penny on this guy. He is soon to be retired and thank God! He can't remember what you told him two days ago and is loosing his memory!
