Also I would like to mention that before going to them I hired a big name law firm in Albuquerque who after a month or so refused to take my LTD Appeal . I did not even have a face to face meeting with the attorney of that firm. Please folks remember Big Name does not mean Big Benefits. It is the small firms who will give you their full attention and knowledge . Don is accessible, very knowledgeable, and managed my case expertly and efficiently. It takes a good Attorney to take on a major insurance conglomerate to get owed benefits for a single individual. He knows the laws, the legal system and it’s limitations well, and will tell you what you can reasonably expect from a lawsuit. He won a fair settlement for my damages, while relieving me of the stress of trying to get benefits paid. I came to this office based on a friend's recommendation that I seek help with SSI claims.
