Staff is knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I’ve never had to wait long for answers to my questions and whenever I had further questions they would take the time to explain. I have seen staff go above and beyond for clients and they are adamant about protecting the privacy of clients, as a law office should be.

Scott pistone is a joke of a lawyer. He represented me against a pro se party and the pro se party literally walked all over scott. Now mind you this was not an evidentiary hearing but all of the claims put forth by my opposing we blatant lies. I have photographic proof (and yes it was emailed to Scott's office, and I got an email in response "thank you for your concern this email has been printed out for Scott's review ") No response from Scott at any time, and when I called every day after to try and get ahold of him, my calls to his office were magically forwarded to voicemail after 1 ring. But yet he will tell you that he keeps all.of his clientele "in the loop". Ok I guess in Scott's terms that means hell see you on your court date, show up unprepared asking basic questions like "What was your concern about your childs safety again?" Then instead of objecting to false claims, and supporting his clients rights, he will let you get the quickest ruling and then run out of the courtroom. And dont get on his bad side his "legal assistant" and sister knows next to nothing about the law but is well versed in cheeky attitude. I had to remind her that I am allowed to ask questions to a lawyer whom I am paying. I've never seen such and unprofessional and disrespectful business operate. My assumption is hes still in business because hes a crook and lies to people to get their money then shows them to the door. I would not ever recommend his services for any type of law or mediation. If I could give him a 0 rating I would, he should do the city a service and close his business.

He is a great Family Lawyer & he also helps with car accidents. Highly recommended!

Mr. Pistone talks the big talk but can't walk the talk! His never in the office, never returns calls. His staff knows very little and always tells you let me see what Scott has to say. The only person you will see is his David his whatever, don't want to call him a paralegal? Just don't know because he don't know! Think twice about hiring this attorney Scott Pistone and his staff my recommendation stay away!
