First I want to thank Marco for his customer service... he made me feel comfortable and simplified the process ... no hassle at all... overall the bailing process was simple and fast.

I called a few weeks ago, and although i did not use their services, they were very helpful and gave me information on my cousin which had been arrested the night before.

The customer service was great from the begging to the end i called around 2am and they transferred me to an agent right away he explained the bail proccess and i was able to qualify for a discount since my husband is in the union. Before contacting this company I was referred by a friend and they pushed me in the right direction! I called in hopes that someone would be able to help me as well as answer all of my questions and they did not disappoint. After taking their time to assist me and make sure that all of my questions were answered they went out of their way to ensure that I didn't need anymore help. If I could give these idiots zero stars i would. I called and gave them ALL my info as well as the person's I was trying to bail out, was told I'd get called back after calling their insurance to see if I qualified as a cosigner. An hour went by, so I called back. No one had left any notes regarding my info, I had to go over the whole process AGAIN. THEN, again was told I'd get a call back. NOTHING. called back and they told me I was approved to cosign for another $300. Great whatever. After gathering all the money I called again the next day to confirm. Not only did they tell me I DIDNT qualify to bail out my loved one, but they told me I was trying to bail out a second person HOURS away whom I had never heard of in my LIFE. and I was qualified for the stranger! What a bunch of incompetent employees. Apparently they don't have managers or supervisors either, how silly of me to even ASK.

Thank you so much Absolute for the great service i really appreciate all the supportive staff. Sometimes you don't know how to go about a situationa and it helps when someone is there to guide you. My experience has been awful my sister has never been in any trouble of any kind and not knowing how the system works i turned to this place to bail her out and it was a huge mistake due to there lack of professionalism and our lack of knowledge my sister missed court and was re arrested and they will assume no blame instead make up stories to take there errors out of the problem, the woman at the 24 hr hotline# are rude and careless they don't help, them setting up times to meet at the Victorville office and not being able to just come in is ridiculous and the most frustrating part is that when i ask to speak to someone in a higher level 3 different people have said to me 'there is no one higher I'm the only person you can speak to" so either the bosses hide behind the workers or the workers work together so that the bosses don't see there mistakes either way they took my money and know they won't help and they soñé work with ur down payment over the phone they said all i would need was $200 to get her out and once everything was nearly done they said they could not do less then $500 on a $25,000 bail now i know so many other places would have do e it for way less.

This place is the absolute best! I went through a horrible ordeal that resulted in many varied degrees of police/government brutality culminating in me not being able to even have my free phone call to get help because I lacked a local number! Which of course the sherrifs could care less.... Anyone who has ever been locked up wrongfully or locked up period can attest to the sinking feeling of having to be stuck another day or so! Or being stuck without a way to phone for help.
