I applied to this office and they told me i would be a good assistant to this person so i email them back and forth for a couple of days and then i get a money order in the mail that when i call the bank am told that its fraudulent and to take it to police asap and its not the first one from this company that theyve had... do not contact this office

If I could rate this less than one star, I would. Do NOT hire this attorney. I had a judgement/lien on my home due to Capital One and Schauf never informed me of a petition 522F that should have been included (with extra cost) with the BK papers. Now that the case has been closed for two years, it's too late. I called her to ask why she never informed my husband and myself of this and she said "You never told me you had a lien". She HAD the paperwork right there when she was "so called" working for us. Then she contradicted herself and said "I told you it would be an extra expense". She got so upset that she hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Very negligent on her part not to inform a client of this very important form. I wouldn't recommend this attorney if she were the last one on earth. Hire someone who knows what they are doing.
