Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone. I was involved in a car accident January 2019 where someone ran a red light and we crashed at an intersection. I met with a women from this office around March due to having difficulties with the other party paying for the total loss of the vehicle I was driving. After meeting with this women and explaining what my intentions were, she calls me a week later and seems confused on what the purpose of my visit was. She tells me that I cannot do anything about a personal injury because I never visited a doctor after the accident and so forth. I had to explain to her again that i did not care for that and all I wanted was the damage to the vehicle to be paid for. I don’t hear from them for over a month after that and so I call up to get an update. I speak with another lady who tells me they are submitting a request to DMV to verify the other party has insurance and can take a couple weeks. Okay reasonable. Yesterday (mind you over a month has gone by) I get a call from the women I originally met with and proceeds to tell me about the consequences of running this report to the DMV. So you mean to tell me weeks have gone by and no report has been run?? And I’m just now getting a call?? Ridiculous! I tell her no thank you for your services. I’m done. She laughed and said okay!

I’m so disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism that this woman in particular exhibited. I put my trust and confidence in them to take care of what I needed and it seemed as if because I wasn’t looking for a personal injury payday and was just looking for what seems fair to me, i was just another file put at the bottom of the stack. And she had the audacity to laugh at the end!
