Tracy, Josh and staff gave my case the utmost attention! I always felt heard by them and felt they cared about me as a client and as a person. I recommend this law office to everyone who needs great representation! I am very satisfied with the results of my divorce and I can't imagine having anyone else in my corner, fighting for me! I had to fire Tracey when she wouldn't listen to me about a judges potential conflict of interest. At the 9th hour she brings it up (too late) and caused a scene with meetings in chambers.

Now when I see her, she glares at me because why? She took my money and failed to properly represent me.

Her response was not truthful. I did not bring it up at the last hour, she did. Since then I have listened to other people who have been very dissatisfied that they hired her.

Tracy was a total waste of money. I went in and talked to her for 30 minutes after paying the fee. During this she wasn’t really listening to anything I was saying. She was actually writing or checking an email half the time, the other half I’d have to repeat what I was saying for her since she wasn’t listening. In the end since I was a father that wanted to fight for custody she said “ your shooting a little high here don’t you think?” My responses was did no not listen to anything I’ve said as to the type of person we are dealing with here? The conversation ended with I don’t think you can do the job, and she agreed.

She did a great job for me. I would absolutely recommend her!!! Her staff was very porfessional and always helpful.

Staff was pleasant and work was done in a timely manner. A few mistakes were made which adds more stress to an already stressful situation. I would have rated higher but Mrs./Ms. Zubrod was extremely unprofessional and came into the office yelling and cursing because I was parked in her parking space, which was not marked for her use only.

Biggest liar in Cheyenne. Most corrupt lawyer in this state.

Tracy Zubrod is an excellent attorney, without question her number one priority is her clients interest. If you need a great attorney I highly recommend Ms. Zubrod.

Not timely; wasted my time and my money. I was on a pretty tight timeline and she would let info sit on her desk for weeks before forwarding it to me or doing anything with it. I eventually had to fire her. She also lacked giving me any real legal council. I would not recommend her services.
