Tried to talk to someone concerning an accident, wasnt given an opportunity to speak, kept getting cut off. I understand there are certain questions they need to ask, however I had a very specific request and nothing more and they only wanted to see how much money they could suck out of the case. So, I was in a nasty car accident around May of 2017. The guy had insurance, but it was a horrible insurance company that wasn't going to cover any of my damages. Let me tell you, these people are awesome. This was not the case with the lawyers assigned to my case, Jason Aldridge, and Neil Solomon. They were amazing. They kept me in the loop, but not in a way that would have stressed me out. They only ever contacted me when they actually had news, and it was all very brief, concise, and what I would want out of a situation like this. Even though it's unfortunate that I ended up in this situation at all, Jason and Neil really helped me get through it, and were very patient with walking me through the process when I didn't quite understand something. I'm hoping to not have to be in another situation like this, but if I am, I will definitely come back.
