I was just sitting back rereading some fascinating law material along with our correspondences and I thought to myself, "you know who would love to destroy and suppress all of this?" James Adolph Hopkins and Lisa Heinrich Lehman. Oh, we've sure had some great times haven't we, fellows?
Hey Jimbo, remember that time you let me be falsely and maliciously prosecuted for the slanderous allegation of hitting the ex? Ah, that was a good one, you rapscallion. One of these days we'll have to get together and go over my copy of her complaint, ya know, the crucial piece of evidence you refused to view with me in my defense? It always conjures up such wonderful memorizes reading her exact words that say I was “obscene in an email,” and nothing else. Yeah, you screwed me good on that case.
Oh, remember the time in Beranato's show room when you stated that “Dr.” Ort found me legally fit to proceed," but you let me get sent to a Pueblo Mental Hospital against my will for a month anyways? You always were a scoundrel, old buddy. Oh wait, remember when y’all committed perjury in the courtroom repeatedly, lying to me with flagrant assurances that all fines, fees and costs were waived and then fundamentally breached that contract anyways, moments after my departure from the courtroom? Ahaha, you stinker! I nearly wet myself when I got the threatening letter of arrest for failure to pay someone else’s fines in the amount of $3000 a few days later.
Yeah, but then Fort Fun always was a debtor's prison wasn't it? Oh yeah, I heard the great news about Touchstone Health being reformed into Summitstone. You two wouldn't happen to have a stake in that venture like the rest of the county’s officials, would ya? Man, sure wish I was ruthless and evil enough to be part of something so devious and lucrative, but oh well, at least I’ll go to Heaven. Anyways, just wanted to reminisce some of the “good times” with two fine, outstanding people…such as yourselves.

Terrible lawyer to represent you. Never pay for his services he's not worth it. He will try to bully you around even though he works for you. He's a scam.

After the public defender was removed for six months worth of conflicts of interest on a petty misdemeanor, the court hired James (Jimbo) Hopkins to continue where the public defender left off. He looked the other way as I was subjected to five competency evaluations during a five month period. Despite being found Competent to Proceed and represent myself for the first three already he then allowed me to be sent against my will to CMHIP for the other two; a 24 day incarceration costing medicaid $686 per day in an act of retaliation from the court in violation of my HIPPA Rights.
He actively participated in SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against People's Participation) in violation of his duty to defend me, he lied about the facts of my defense while actively denying my Right to a Defense and then acted stupid when I petitioned for his help with wrongful arrests based on Mistakes of Fact and he refused to speak up when the court began sending bills in the amount of thousands of dollars each belonging to someone else with a similar name.
James Hopkins is crook and a criminal and participated in the metaphorical rape of my constitutional rights and he did so in email correspondences that I not only retain but have made countless copies of and which will some day soon be included with all rest of the documented shenanigans of the two year long ordeal. Hey James, I dare you accuse me of defamation...I'll fight that too.
