Terrible lazy lawyer do not recomend

I was always kept in "the loop" on my case. I had lots of up-to-date information via e-mails. I was treated with respect and was never made to feel silly of stupid with my many questions. The problem was resolved in my favor largely due to the staff at Fischer Law Group, P.C. Thank you, in particular to Nicolle Bell for all your time and help!

Erik performed ADMIRABLY in a trial for which I sat on the jury. He stated the case clearly, strongly, and won. His firm bills itself as aggressive and that's what he delivered.

I did not have very high hopes after my first meeting with Mr. Fischer. He was running late so I had to wait 20 minutes. It was not a big deal, but it was annoying nonetheless. The office alone was enough to cause concern. There were papers and files spread all over along with old take out food. Frankly, it was rather disgusting and I was shocked that they would allow clients to see such a mess. That being said, perhaps I am just more accustomed to larger firms in larger cities. The services I needed seemed simple enough, so I decided to proceed anyways. Unfortunately, I should not have dismissed my first impressions so quickly. It ended up being a massive waste of time. After weeks of waiting for Mr. Fischer to complete a simple task, I went elsewhere. I should have just used my attorney in Denver, but I thought someone local would serve me better. My mistake. The firms I have had experience with in Foco leave me with a real yokel like impression, this one was certainly the worst I have encountered by far.
