I was not satisfied with the effort that was put into my divorce case by this firm. Many errors at filed docs, many re-issued docs, errors at my SPFS - all costly when having to redo work at these rates. Many errors at communication with opposing attorney - again all at costly rates, etc. I would say poor attention to details if have a complex case. Very nice guy though.

They're currently handling my personal injury case, and I've been impressed every step of the way.

Richard Kraemer made a difficult process easy and seamless. Because of the firm’s due diligence I received a settlement that both I and opposing council were happy with. Richard is personable and genuinely cares about his clients’ unique needs. I felt like I had an advocate by my side, not just an attorney. Services are well priced and the entire staff was helpful and accommodating. Joann remembered me every time I called and always got back to me quickly. Hopefully I will not need family law services in the future...but I certainly would use this firm again and recommend them to others.

After two other lawyers cancelled on me I was frantically calling around trying to find someone to represent me in my emotionally draining case. Unfortunately all I got from the lawyer I spoke with was "Your court date is wednesday?! I don't have anyone that can help you." A little kindness goes a long way. And I didn't receive any here. That's not what I needed in the midst of going through this court case. I hope he handles the next person better.

This law firm is garbage!!they will take all your money, not have you or your child's best interest to say the least michael O brien left me to defend myself and the rights of children at the last minute after 9 months of case building and without time to retain another attorney resulted in loosing custody of my children whom so desperately want to live with me there father! I caution anyone who is thinking of hiring this law firm .

Randy Golden was amazing in guiding me through a tough cross border divorce case. Not only was he supportive, he gave me choices and kept me informed and involved over a protracted 143 week case. When it came time for trial he was perfectly prepared, and presented with astounding elegance. I went in expecting the worst, and came out with so much more that I ever anticipated! I am not sure what the last reviewer meant by the mediation complaint, but I do know that mediation is absolutely confidential. It would serve no purpose otherwise.
