Frankly, if there were an option for less than 1 of 5, that's what I'd rate this attorney. From the beginning, he led us to believe that we had a legitimate chance of establishing a perscriptive easement, when it was completely non-applicable in our case. He was happy to reiterate to us all of the information WE had previously provided to HIM, and charged us for doing so. Our experience with this attorney has been 100% disappointing, and I would DEFINITELY NOT retain him again!!!!
