Great staff. They need some donations because it is pretty bare bones in there, but they offer great service to deserving populations. No wifi available but you can hotspot it. It would be great, I think, if the state required part of the state's attorney licensing fees to (or more of it if they already do) to be donated to the whole ULS program for updates. They are serving the financially strapped so it would be a good service.

Not sure about others experiences but I can tell you they have been so great with me. They were patient with all my questions and they were so helpful when paperwork needed to be filled out. I never felt like I was a burden or another number. I am so grateful they were around to help me because I would not be getting the benefits I am had they not helped me.

The worst and most unhelpful service. The guy ended the conversation because I was asking if he could help me and he kept telling me to go online and file my own paperwork which I had already done 3 times. No advice. No answers. Nothing but rudeness and incompetence.

They listen

My lawyer dropped me the week of my hearing because she didn't think I had enough evidence. Went to heard& Smith and won my case within weeks. Find a good lawyer to help you. There are other low cost options.

Hard to understand

THIS PLACE IS FOR LOW INCOME PEOPLE ONLY. I spent 27 minutes on the phone with a native Spanish speaker (the number directs you to their office in SLC) and had SO much trouble understanding her English. She finally asks me how much money I make and what my wife makes, and 5 minutes later tells me we're not eligible. Waste of freaking time.

These guys are very helpful, if your caught up in a legal issue and have no resources to higher your own attorney, Give these guys a call,but first go into there website and fill out the app. It's a great feeling to have a professional on your side!

These people do not like to help... it is very hard for them to accept and approve your case.. and they hardly ever return emails and calls... it’s so much better to take out a huge loan to hire an attorney that will help you rather then relying on these people and then your ex gets full custody for abusing your child where I have done nothing wrong.. pleas pay an attorney to help you. And the lady that asked me questions at the beginning of the call I think her name was Miranda was a b****. But what do you expect when it’s free.

Yes they are free or low cost. But they see you as lower class for sure. I was late on a dead line by 2 days because they wouldn't get back with me to go in and sign one paper. I try to contact my attorney to get info on what I need to get done and he doesn't answer or call back I called Monday and still have not heard back. I try to contact others about a very important problem that involves my 10 month old daughter's safety and can't get ahold of anyone. They take their own time on everything dragging out the process so much longer than need.
