Do not go to them! Will told me and my husband in May he wanted to take our case and months after I call trying to get a hold of him to help us and no one answered the phone or returned a voicemail until a week and a half before all of documents needed to be turned into court at the point in time they wanted to meet with us and so we took the time to drive over pay for a babysitter and for what? To sit and wait for a hour for no one to show. Don't waste your time on these people they don't care like they should.

They were not willing to even do a little research as to whether a judge has tort immunity. I posited that is because the judge is one the lawyers see on a routine basis. They did not oppose that idea in order 20-minute-plus conversation.

Excellent and informed service. Highly recommend them.

Will is a complete tool. Probably one of the worst lawyers on the planet. Never responds to emails or phone calls, never returns emails or phone calls, fails to follow client's instructions, fails to submit documents to the court at all or does so late resulting in a dismissal, over bills, drags cases out, and is an epic failure and selfish jerk about making and keeping appointments. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. He will make your life far worse. Not professional in the least. My dog is better behaved than him.

I had an especially complicated situation and wasn't even able to be in Utah as it was going on. Will Nebeker was not only patient and knowledgeable but also went out of his way to get answers and communicate with me. I felt like I was getting great legal advice from a truly caring person. Attorney Will Nebeker was incredibly helpful! At the beginning of my free consultation he read through the documents indicating the progress of the case thus far, did some research, and concluded that it would be more costly to hire an attorney rather then to continue the case ourselves. My son was falsely accused of a crime he did not commit. We did not have an attorney, and did not know of one to call. His representation was incompetent and he billed excessively. He seemed friendly at first then when he was contracted he wouldnt gather evidence and racked up unreasonable bills without sending notification for most. When he was fired he took everything. Stay away!!!
