Ron and staff took on a very difficult case for us and did an amazing job. They never quit until we got the results we wanted. Well done guys. Thanks again for all the hard work.

The attorneys at this law firm are the most knowledgeable and experienced in Utah. They helped my family during our most difficult time together. I would recommend them to anyone going through a difficult situation requiring legal assistance. Wendy A.

I went to Heritage law because my ex-wife was interfering with my parent-time. I was referred by another attorney. Ron Wilkinson and Marianne Card represented me and my children very well. We won every action that we took to the courts.
I was tempted to retain a less experienced attorney, but Heritage law representation was well worth the extra cost. Their experience with complicated custody law and ability to explain my rights was priceless. I would highly recommend using Heritage law for divorce and custody matters.
I have been working with this company for years. I can't imagine life without them. I would have no peace if they were not in my life. Expensive? Yes. What do you expect from someone who will transform your life entirely. I wouldn't have a family or a business if it wasn't for the experienced attorneys at Heritage and their influence.

I highly recommend Heritage law to anyone seeking legal services. Ron Wilkinson and Nathan Shill are great. I have been going through a complex custody situation for the past 7 years. During this ongoing process, I have hired several different attorneys who I didn't feel really advocated for me or my child, or they got tired of the complexity of my case.
Seeking legal help through Heritage Law has been like a breath of fresh air. The staff is incredible and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond to emails. I don't have to wait for days, or weeks, to hear back when I call with questions. The staff is honest and ethical, and they really care about their clients.
I recently attended a hearing that was emotionally taxing for me, and really difficult to get through. Ron was there with me, and he was so kind, understanding, and compassionate. He seemed to really care about my case and about my child and me. I was very impressed.
I was referred to Heritage Law by several people. I wish i would have sought services through this firm sooner. I have been so impressed with their work, and the effort they have put into helping me with my complex case.

Terrible attorneys. They will drain your retainer fees and do absolutely nothing with it besides “research.” Sorry, but I’m pretty sure a custody case should at least be FILED within a year of hiring an attorney. I’m honestly not sure how what they do is ethical in any way. I’d give no stars if that were an option.

Amazing knowledge and willing to fight for their clients. I am not a confrontational person, so it was nice to have someone to represent me fairly when I needed it.

Heritage Law did fantastic work in my daughter’s behalf. Ron Wilkinson’s negotiation skills and ability to fight in our behalf were second to none! I had complete confidence in him from day one, and that confidence turned out to be verified in the end. We came to understand that his knowledge of the law and experience are well respected in this legal community and by the court system. I will recommend Heritage and especially Ron to everyone I know. If you need/want an attorney that will fight for you, and your family - he’s the man! Thank you so very much Heritage Law.

I’m sure they make great lawyers because they’re really shady landlords. They don’t maintain their properties well at all. They are utterly unresponsive when a repair or upgrade needs to be made. They fabricated charges out of thin air when I moved out. They are currently in a lawsuit with the tenants prior to me. Do not rent one of their properties. Do whatever you can to live anywhere else.

Heritage Law was and awesome experience for me as I was going thru a divorce. I was referred to them as I was the best outcome of a 12 year long custody battle that Ron was finally able to win and keep a family happy and successful. He also has those same great skills in divorce case as he was able to win my case with more than I ever dreamed of getting in mediation without going to trial. His knowledge and skills are the very finest and well tuned in all areas as u can see about reading in his education. Hes a man of honor who respects the law and knows the law well. He will fight for you for what is right. I won a very large sum of alimony. I actually won everything I was asking for and very happy with my outcome. I wanted to use Ron after watching him with my grand daughters case the year before..he was so honest, had great leadership skills, passion, relationships skills, and the wonderful understanding of the law that I had never seen in a lawyer before. I was convinced he was the best honorable lawyer with the most all around skills and knew the laws the best and would win my case. Their staff is outstanding also. Emily was awesome with helping me get my paperwork together and staying on top of everything when things were due..so very organized. Jessamae was also very good in helping she spend alot of extra time behind the scenes and got things moving.. Their office is very friendly, organized and a happy place. I would recommend Heritage Law to anyone needing legal services of any kind.. THANKS EVERYONE FROM ROYENE JORGENSEN

The lawyer who works there wouldn’t hire me because of slander against me. Nice victim shaming you have going on there, guys.

The attorneys and staff at this firm are second to none. Some of the best people I've ever met. Carried me through some of the worst times of my life and helped me see my kids again after my ex-wife falsely accused me of abuse. If you want competence, integrity, and the best possible outcome for your children -- this is the law firm for you.

Ron does not want to settle. He will string you out to dry. He is in business to make money. The longer he can keep you mad and angry the more money he makes.... watch out...

Ron is such a stud!!! Genius, miracle worker!!! If you are looking for the best attorney in the world, then look no further. He did wonders for our custody case when we thought we had little to no chance. He gave us the confidence that we needed to move forward and truly worked a miracle for us. I highly recommend!

I could not have made it through the past six years of my ex-husband taking me to court without the caring support and professional staff at Heritage Law, in particular Ron Wilkinson and Nathan Shill. You will simply not find a better Family law attorney in Utah County.

Face it, no one “wins” in divorce; however my experience with Heritage Law (specifically Ron Wilkinson and Marianne Card) is as close as it will come. Their expertise introduced solutions for the long term emotional, financial and physical security of the children and I that I never would have thought of. I “lost” by the things I had on my agenda; however I was too emotionally raw and inexperienced to see the bigger picture. Yes, there are times that they may seem unavailable; it is because they are pouring all their energy into someone’s case that is timelier. I found that when my time in mediation/court came I had that same focus from them. I quickly learned to take a deep breath and trust in the process. Words of advice, gather all your documentation, communicate with your ex through email and text, document every interaction, be clear and concise with “just the facts” and send that to Heritage Law at least once a month. You clearly communicating with them will go a long way in how much they can help you. My case was responding to a petition my ex filed to modify our divorce agreement. I wish I had Ms. Card and Mr. Wilkinson by my side during the original divorce, not only would my ex not have been able to do that (Mr. Wilkinson and Ms. Card added to the modification that all future disagreements must go through mediation before anything can be filed against the other party), I believe I would have had a much healthier arrangement then what I agreed to in the original divorce. Though my ex filed the petition to modify, I came out of it with the modified divorce agreement being a better solution for ME. Ron Wilkinson and Marianne Card are worth every penny and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I do not recommend this law firm. They give bad legal counsel (this opinion is from going to a different lawyer and getting much better advice). They over charge, and when you have no money left over and no legal stuff pending, they drop you without any notice or warning. It may be normal to drop a client after they have supposedly helped you but it is not ok to not send the client a letter letting them know that they have done so. It doesn't encourage future business with the client or a good review.
