I've had a very poor experience with Mr. Metler.

As I now know after consulting with other attorneys, he and his staff did not properly explain my choices in dealing with the insurance company. By not presenting me with all of my choices, he in essence pressured me to settle the case prematurely.

What's more, in discussing recent changes in my condition, Mr. Metler once again took the side of the insurance company and did not inform me that a proper diagnosis of my newly discovered malady, which could have been caused by the severe whiplash I suffered, should be covered by the insurance. He was also inaccurate in his language, which he admitted, in advising me about the difficulties faced in getting the insurance company to accept responsibility.

The next week, he terminated me as a client. Then, when I called his office to request that my client file be sent to my new attorney, they told me it was against Mr. Metler's policy and that I would need to wait until he was available to talk with him about it.

So if you want an attorney to deal with the insurance company who will tell you how the insurance company sees things, and convince you to accept the way the insurance company sees things as the best that you can do, and to put his own interests ahead of yours, then Mr. Metler is definitely your guy.
