I cannot begin to express the gratitude that I have for these three people.. I got in my car accident November 2017 and was having the worst time with the insurance company of the lady that caused our car accident... I called 3-4 different law firms to try to hire someone to help me out and all of them told me my case was not worth it to them and told me they would not work with me.. I was so discouraged until a family friend recommended Blake Johnson.. I was so discouraged at this point and a little apprehensive to call.. but I am SO glad I did! Right off the bat he told me he would love to help/work with me!

Jacque, his paralegal, called me that same day with options for chiropractors to visit and she was ALWAYS so proactive in helping me. My daughter got into a car accident, where she was a passenger, and the other car was at fault. She experienced extreme whiplash, which hampered her ability to play tennis because of the pain she was in. When we met with Blake Johnson, he walked us through the steps, explaining what PIP (personal injury protection), helping us navigate with our spine clinic, communicating with our insurance, the person- at- fault's insurance, and checking up to make sure my daughter's needs were being met. When she was still having pain, Blake and Jacque set up an MRI, which was necessary to see the extent of her injuries. It also explained why she was still in pain.
Where a lot of other personal injury attorneys would look to settle early, Johnson/ Livingston took special care to make sure that my daughter was taken care of first and foremost. They worked with her health care providers to make sure that her pain and injuries were cared for. We are forever grateful for their due diligence their entire team showed. I would recommend Johnson/ Livingston Personal Injury Law Firm to anyone who is in an accident. I have sent several friends to them, and they report the same positive, proactive, helpful and knowledgeable experience. I was injured in a car crash (not at fault), and my chiropractor recommended that I get an attorney and referred me to Johnson Livingston. In every aspect, I was satisfied with Jacque and Todd's handling of my case. They referred me to a chiropractic clinic close to where I attend school (and the clinic provided excellent care). It was easy to get in touch—they were quick to respond, and flexible and easy to meet with. My treatment took a lot longer than expected, but I never felt rushed to a payout. In fact, even after my long treatment, Todd was willing to take more time with my case so that I would have a chance of being compensated better, even though the potentially increased attorney compensation was probably not proportional to the extra wait.
