I'm an attorney in Prescott, Arizona. I referred a client that lived in Utah to Robert Avery for a criminal misdemeanor defense matter involving allegations of domestic violence. Mr. Avery did a wonderful job. He was available by cell phone to speak with and to answer questions. I found his fee to be reasonable for the work performed. He obtained a result that, in my opinion, was an excellent result given the factual circumstances of the charges against our mutual client. It's not often that I find local counsel for my clients that is compassionate and willing to be patient and answer the questions that my clients have. I recommend Rob Avery for any criminal matter that you may have in the Provo area.

Hutch Fale agreed to take my case, but wouldn't do any work on it! He wouldn't take my calls or my e-mails, even though he was my lawyer! I pretty much had to do his job for him. I had to find out on my own what paperwork needed to be done and how to do it. My case took 3 months longer than it should have, just because he wouldn't do any work. I don't understand how he can in good conscience agree to take a case if he had no intention of doing any work on it? How can he feel good about calling himself a lawyer if he doesn't do any work for his clients? Won't call them back or answer their e-mails? I feel like I should send him a bill for all the work I had to do that he should have been doing all along. Only hire Hutch Fale if you want absolutely nothing done on your case.

Mr. Fale is a brilliant attorney who has the ability to help create solutions that truly meet the needs of his clients. He is an excellent writer and is a master of the law. He is generous with his time and always strives for the best outcome for his clients. He is careful to only take on cases where he knows he can make a big difference for his clients.

Hutch is single handedly the biggest coward I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Calling his office a number of times, sending email after email to get a response on a case and receiving no communication in return. Do yourself a favor and get this clown out of this business.
